At all times all images remain the sole copyright of the respective photographer stated in the gallery unless you have bought the copyright of the image.
Digital Images
Digital Images are supplied as small jpg files. These are not of printable quality but may be used for press release purposes if the rights have been bought to do so. Where an image has been sent out as part of a press release the following line MUST be included at some point after the release text. And images used as a result of the sending of the press release on the web must be credited with the line below.

Larger digital images are available on request for use in "printed publications" for a single use only and may only be used for the expressed purpose for which they were sold. They must not be used freely unless you have purchased the sole copyright of the image. Prices on application.
Prints
Prints are sold for personal, non-profit use only. You are not premitted to duplicate and distribute the printed image in any way. We can supply digital images in any format required for use in large print runs etc. Price on application.
